The hotel rooms were clean and equipped with a large desk and couch, perfect for cozy TV watching. The service was top-notch, especially from Erica and Derek who helped us with our car rental issue. The location was convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the facilities were pleasant overall.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious desk and couch that made it cozy for watching TV. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The location was excellent, close to stores and restaurants. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking, and there was no coffee in the lobby.

The hotel has very nice comfy beds with rooms that were reasonably clean and tidy. It was great to have breakfast included, but the service was the rudest and unprofessional I've ever experienced. The location is convenient for the expressway and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, but there was no coffee in the lobby. The dining experience, although in the price, should have been in a different setting and perhaps free like other locations. The facilities were well-maintained but could have been improved.

The hotel was a mixed bag for me. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, fitting our party perfectly. However, the floor was a bit dirty near the bed, and it was uncomfortably hot upon arrival.
